Our oil is of a deep greeny-yellow hue. Torcular extra-virgin olive oil,
with its full-bodied flavour, extremely low acidity, and typically slighty
spicy, slighty bitter aftertaste, matches really well with delicate dishes.
In 2009 we decided to enter the 'La terra dell'olio' competition,
organized annually by the National Association 'Citta dell'Olio'. We were

We cold-press our olives in the 'Frantoio Di Battista' olive press. We
personally oversee each step of the process and maintain constant
temperature checks. Our oil is unfiltered, in order to keep intact all the
natural nutritious properties of the oil. Since it is unfiltered, the
appearance of a slight sediment, when it has been stored for a long time,
confirms the authenticity of our product.
