make two different types of oil: Torcular Monocultivar and Torcular Blend.
TORCULAR
MONOCULTIVAR
(100% Peranzana Olive variety)
This
extra virgin olive oil is made from a single variety of olive, called the
Peranzana. The aroma is a clear perfume of olive with herbal and floral
notes, of green tomato, grass and fresh-cut wheat. On the palate, its
taste is fruity and sweet, with a balancing hint of bitterness and a
slightly spicy aftertaste with a light sensation of almond and artichoke.
TORCULAR
BLEND
(Olive Nere di Colletorto, Rosciola de Rotello, Leccino 5%, Gentile di
Larino 5%)
This
blend is recognised and protected by D.O.P Molise.
